By default the call recording on our lines is deactivated. You need to go to the Main settings - SIP manager tab and enable it.

How to activate call recording
While adding your own SIP line, you can enable the call recording immediately.
Call recordings can be found on the Lead management - Call records tab.
You can also check the call history regarding your lead in his client card (go to the Call history tab. Here you can find the detailed information about the status of each call attempt and its duration.
Right after the registration the default team is created automatically. All users you added are the members of the default team.
