Calendar settings are located in the Main settings - Calendar settings tab. In the Working days field, you can select working days and days off. Working days are displayed in green color, days off are marked with red. To make change, click on the day of the week.
In the Starts at and Ends at fields, you can select the beginning and the end of the working day. When creating the task after hours, you will see the following message: Warning: Task scheduled in not working day.
In the Event reminder field, you can select date (mm : hh: dd) when the system should send a reminder about the scheduled task. If the Remind via email checkmark is selected, then besides notifications in the interface, you will be able to receive a reminder about the planned task on your email address specified during the registration. The SAVE button saves all the settings.
Statuses settings can be found in the Main settings - Statuses settings tab. In the Default status field, it is possible to select the default status, in which the users will stay after login. If you select Ready status, your colleagues will be ready to process inbound calls and the calls from the campaigns immediately. The calls won’t be distributed on operators in Not Ready status, but they still will be able to use click-to-call feature.
