Creating and editing the team
Changing priorities of task processing in the team
User creation
To create a user, it is required to have a free license. In LeadManagement Cloud and Trial pack, 5 licenses are available. In the full software version, it is possible to purchase the necessary amount of licenses.
Creating user:
- In the left sidebar, open Users and teams tab, select Users.
- Click ADD USER.

- In the Name field, enter the name of the user in 2-35 Latin characters without numbers and special characters (required field).
- In the Last name field, enter the name of the user in 2-35 Latin characters without numbers and special characters (required field).
- In the Email field, enter a valid email (required field). Login and password for entering the system will be sent to the specified email address. You can change password in user’s editing form or in Profile Settings when the user is logged in.
- In the Position field, enter a position in the company in 2-250 Latin characters and numbers without special characters (required field).
- In the Country field, select the country.
- In the Role field, select job role.
- In the Assign projects fields, you can give the user access to selected projects.
- In the Assign teams field, you can add the user to existing teams.
- Click SAVE.
Deleting the user:
- In the left sidebar, open the Users and teams tab, select Users.
- Mark a user or several users.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the action by clicking CONFIRM DELETE.
Creating and editing the team
You can create a team from Teams page or Users page.
Creating a team from Users page:
- In the left sidebar, open Users and teams tab, select Users.
- Mark needed users in checkboxes.
- Click CREATE TEAM.

- In the Name field, enter the name of the team in 2-280 Latin letters and numbers without special characters.
- In the Routing type field, a default option is ROUND_ROBIN. In “Voip CallCanter” tariff plan, it is possible to select routing by Priority.
- By clicking on ADD button, you can assign inbound line and campaign.
- Click SAVE.

Creating a team from Teams page:
- In the left sidebar, open Users and teams tab, select Teams.
- Click CREATE TEAM.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the team in 2-80 Latin letters and numbers without special characters.
- In the Routing type field, a default entry is ROUND_ROBIN. In “Voip CallCanter” tariff plan, it is possible to select routing by Priority.
- By clicking on ADD button, you can assign inbound line and campaign.
- Click SAVE.
When creating the team from the Teams page, the team is created without users. You can add them from Users page:
- In the left sidebar, open Users and teams tab, select Users.
- Mark a user or several users.
- Click ADD TO EXISTING TEAM.
- In the Team field, select the team.
- Click ADD TO TEAM.
Editing the team:
To delete a user from the team, mark users in checkboxes and click DELETE.
To add users to the team, click ADD MEMBERS, mark needed users and click ADD SELECTED.
Changing priorities of task processing in the team
Changing routing priorities is available only in “Voip CallCanter” tariff plan.
- In the left sidebar, open Users and teams tab, select Teams.
- Open created team.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- In the Routing type field select Priority.
- In the list of assigned tasks, there is a Priority column. Task with “1” has the highest priority, all the next tasks in an ascending order have lower priority.
Namely, “2” has a lower priority than “1”, and “3” is lower than “2”. Move tasks within Priorities by drag and drop.

- Click SAVE.
